Don Sutton

Don is the team leader for The Sutton Team. The Sutton Team have been top producers in our MLS and local sales office for several years.  Don is originally from El Paso and a graduate from Illinois State and a loyal REDBIRD FAN.  Don was the former broker/owner and founder of the first RE/MAX office in Bloomington-Normal and a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.  Early in Don's real estate career, he was instrumental in the development of and expanding the El Paso Golf Course from a 9 hole course to the beautiful "back nine"  that is there today.  Don listed and sold the 59 lot residential lots on the course and today the 18 hole course has beautiful homes surrounded by picturesque fairways and greens!  Don also does Commercial Real Estate and was instrumental in the sale of the Kongskilde Plant North of Normal in December 2017.   Don found and worked with the new owners, Brandt Companies to help them acquire the Kongskilde Plant.   Brandt has been a very successful company in Canada, and will bring many jobs to Central Illinois.
